Brookhaven Clubhouse Coworking Space Guidelines

Hours: Monday through Friday 9:00am-5:00pm, excluding National Holidays
(Subject to special event booking conflicts, which take precedence)

Coworking space privilege rules:

  • Annual indemnification waiver and usage terms agreement document must be signed prior to access (below).
  • You must reserve the Meeting Room on the reservation system to ensure there are no conflicts with community or paid private events.  Community and paid events take precedence. Your reservation will automatically be canceled, and you will be notified if an event is scheduled for the same time.
  • There is no minimum advance reservation time required, but you must reserve the space even if it is day of. Anyone found using the space without a reservation will have privileges removed.
  • No meetings/guests inside the clubhouse, only residents.
  • Music only played using headphones when others are working (unless everyone present agrees on music and volume).
  • Conference calls and video meetings should also be conducted with headphones, not on speakerphones.
  • No food stored in kitchen overnight – bring what you need for the day but remove and clean up before you leave.
  • No storing work materials at the clubhouse.
  • Posted working hours are for business related activities only (no parties, lunches, games, etc.).
  • No smoking or vaping.
  • Violation of the rules will result in revocation of clubhouse use privileges.
  • For your protection and the protection of Brookhaven HOA property, video cameras are installed on the interior and exterior of the clubhouse. Please be advised that there is 24-hour audio and video recording on the premises.
  • Any damage determined to be caused by a resident while using the clubhouse will result in a fine equaling the cost of repairs. If the fine is not paid within 30 days, a lien will be placed on the resident’s personal property until the fine is paid.
  • Participants must use the key fob assigned to their address to access the clubhouse. Homeowners may not follow another participant through the door, as we will use the fob swipes to monitor use.

How to Reserve the Meeting Room

  1. Click Manage Account on the Home page.
  2. Click Reservations\Make Reservations.
  3. From the “Select a Facility Group” dropdown, choose “2 Clubhouse”.
  4. Click on the time that you want your reservation to begin and complete the information in the pop-up box. Be sure to check the box for Reservation Updates in order to be notified if your reservation is canceled due to a conflict. Click “Book It” when finished.
