The Fix-It Committee is a front line of defense for easy fix issues that arise in the neighborhood before finding a contractor. The goals are saving money on items we can address instead of always paying a contractor, addressing issues more quickly when needed, and allowing residents to participate in issues/projects that suit their skills, expertise, and schedule. We encourage you to report potential issues around the neighborhood that may need to be addressed, such as a fallen tree on the path, a wobbly fan in the gym, a rotten bridge board, etc. to fixit.brookhaven@gmail.com. We will continue to work with Cusick if it is an issue the Fix-it Committee isn’t able to address.

*If submitting an issue to the Fix-It Committee, there is no need to also report it to Cusick. The committee will handle addressing the issues and will coordinate with Cusick, if necessary.
