Use this form to request and schedule a community or committee event. You may reserve the clubhouse or other facility, create a website news post and calendar entry for the event, and request a community email blast. All email and resident-sponsored event requests are submitted to the HOA Board for approval.  Use the calendar to verify that your date is available.

All approved events will be included in the monthly “Happening in the Hood” email for the month the event will take place. Email info@clubatbrookhaven.com with any questions.

Note: If you only need to send an email for your event, you may use the Community Email Request form instead.
