Use this form to cancel or make a change to your existing paid clubhouse reservation. Per the cancelation policy, cancelation requests must be made 14 days prior to your event date to receive a refund. Change requests must be made 48 business hours prior to your event date and are subject to approval and availability.
Please Note: If you need to change to your date, you will need to cancel your reservation and make a new one.
