Clubhouse Parking Lot Paving

Dear Brookhaven Homeowners,

Please be aware that the clubhouse parking lot will be repaved starting Monday, April 1, 2024. The parking lot on the left side of the clubhouse near the dumpster will be impacted. The trails behind the community will also be paved. Homeowners should avoid these areas during the construction period. We anticipate the project will be completed in one week.

All vehicles must be removed from the left side of the clubhouse parking lot by 5:00 a.m. Monday, April 1, 2024. Any vehicles in the parking lot at the start of the project could be towed at the owner’s expense.

Again, please avoid the left side of the clubhouse parking lot and the trails behind the clubhouse the week of April 1, 2024.
