Join Brookhaven resident and certified personal trainer Danita Walker for a total body fitness class held twice each week, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:30 AM.
Class format will include warm-up, HIIT (high-intensity interval training), functional movement and stretching.
Pricing is $12 per class or $10 per class if you sign-up for both Tuesday and Thursday within the same week.

Hello Brookhaven neighbors! My name is Danita and I am a personal trainer who lives in the neighborhood. I have been a certified personal trainer since 2014. I love to workout and am passionate about helping others reach their fitness goals.
The fitness classes will use some bodyweight exercises as well as strength training incorporated with weights for those who want a challenge. There will be a warm up followed by the main work out. Classes will also include stretching and mobility moves if appropriate. We will perform exercises using HIIT (high intensity interval training) which are bursts of intense activity alternating with intervals of lighter activity. Also include is functional fitness, such as using whole-body, multi-joint exercises that simulate movements that we already do in our everyday lives. You will be able to work at your own pace as the movements will all include a modification.
Equipment needed includes an exercise mat, weights if desired and a bottle of water. Nothing worthwhile is achieved without effort and hard work!
