Exciting News for Brookhaven as Ripple Fiber will be GOING LIVE and activating services in the early 3rd quarter starting within July. Ripple Fiber will be scheduling appointments for service activation just as soon as all quality control and testing are complete. Ripple Fiber will contact each homeowner in the order in which their preorder is/has been placed to schedule their technician appointment for service activation during July and August.
1-If any homeowner has construction issues that need addressing, please email ripplefiber.com/contact and enter your information for resolution.
2-If any homeowner has not placed a preorder for service, you can still do so without incurring the $200 installation charge. Ripple Fiber will contact you to schedule your service activation appointment once your home is LIVE and fiber ready. (Ripple Fiber customers have no contracts nor cancellation fees and no hidden pricing). The 1 gig service is all inclusive for $85 a month. The 1/4 gig service for $55 a month is all inclusive as well. (There are also no equipment charges).
