Dear Brookhaven Homeowners,

We at Ripple Fiber are so excited to provide you with an update on the progress of our construction efforts in bringing you this true fiber optic internet service option you deserve.  As part of our commitment to enhancing your internet experience, we have been diligently expanding our network to bring high-speed internet service to your area and community.

We are pleased to inform you that our construction is progressing smoothly, and we anticipate launching Ripple Fiber internet activation of service starting the last week of July 2024.  We will be contacting each homeowner who has preordered to schedule your activation appointment once your home is tested LIVE and ready for activation of service.

To celebrate this milestone, we are hosting a pool and tent event at the Brookhaven Clubhouse (in the community parking lot) on Saturday July 27th and Sunday July 28th from 11am until 3pm.  Our Ripple Fiber Customer Liaison, Executive Leadership and Technicians will be on hand to answer any questions you have and to assist you in any way.  We are so excited to meet with each of you as Ripple Fiber marks the launch of service in your community with food, drinks and goodies.  Please come by to visit as this is our way of saying thanks for your patience and support throughout this huge infrastructure build and construction process for our Union County.  We could not have done it without you, and we cannot wait to see you there!

If you have not already placed your pre-order for this true fiber optic internet service experience, please do so now as your $200 installation charge is being waived for you and any future owner of your home.

There are 2 options for service:

  1. Your 1/4 gig internet service package is $55.  (This means 250 Mbps uploading and downloading)
  2. The 1 gig internet service package is only $85. (This means 1 Gig uploading and downloading)

(Ripple Fiber customers have no contracts nor cancellation fees and no hidden pricing.  All equipment is included as well.)
