Yoga Class
Join Brookhaven resident and yoga instructor, Kaitlin Noe, for an evening of Yoga!
Description: Vinyasa style yoga suitable for all levels, led by certified yoga instructor Kaitlin Noe. During class you will get a dynamic flow that focuses on cardio, strength and flexibility. Class will start with a warm up before moving into a standing series, core work, backbends, and floor work. This class is a great workout for the mind and body.
