Fitness Center Equipment Replacement and Sale

Brookhaven Residents,

We are replacing some of the equipment in the gym, including treadmills, ellipticals, recumbent and stand-up bikes.  The old equipment will be traded in, but we are offering residents the opportunity to purchase the old equipment at the trade-in price.  Prices are:

  • Treadmill – $100
  • Elliptical – $100
  • Standup Bike – $50

First come, first served. Purchase using the form below.
